This is a Panasonic Wireless 2nd Room Audio System (SH-FX80) that is brand new and in the original box. I bought it over a year ago (and been too busy to set it up) but as it turns out it is not compatible with my home theater system. It IS compatible with the SC-RT50, SC-HT940, SC-HT740, SC-HT640W, SC-HT440, and SC-HT40 home theater systems. It can also be used in conjunction with the SH-FX60 system, as a wireless speaker for rear surround sound, or as a wireless system in a second room. It can also be used as a stand-alone audio system for an MP3 player or Ipod. Total output power is 80W (2 channels), 4 ohms. Transmitter and all parts included. If you have any questions please ask!
