I was never able to turn the subwoofer up past 1/4 of the way without the neighbors complaining. The sound bar puts out an absolutely amazing sound. I love the fact that there are only a couple of wires to hook this up. The subwoofer is wireless so you can put it anywhere in the room and you dont have to worry about wires being ran all over the place. It programs very easily to your existing tv remote to control volume/mute/on and off. I still have all product information/manuals. This unit has a scratch on the top of the sound bar but it isnt that bad.
